It's not as if the main game and DLC don't have enough cosmetics to begin with. Since it's just cosmetics for the skins, I suggest only getting what you like, if any.

They recently changed the way packs and such works, but I'm fairly sure BL2 GOTY is not touched by this.Īnd the HH packs and the Upgrade Pack 2 (and the skins) you need to buy seperately. You'll only need to get the Upgrade Pack 2 then to be able to get to max level (72 OP8) and have everything "needed" for the full experience.Īll that's missing then is the Headhunter Packs (short but fun mini campaigns) and the skins.Įdit: And no, it doesn't matter that you already own the base game, but you won't get an extra discount either, as far as I know. It should be around 12-15 bucks and includes all major DLC (all 4 story campaign DLC and both extra characters, plus the first Upgrade Pack and a few gimmicks on top of that)
